The Questions

The ten questions i asked include these ten topics in order:

licensing fee's - suing for unpaid fees, copyright infringement, work for hire agreements - working  under a name, letter of request to obtain permission to use an artwork/song, contracts of negotiation's of works rendered, work for hire when it is pertained to oneself, statute of limitations when it comes to licensing, work for hire, work for hire agreement contracts, contracts of sale and new hire agreements - suing for damages owed.

all of the questions i asked pertained to me as a studio owner, All of the questions included real life situations. Probable situations that will most likely happen to me in my career. I got the basic grounds covered for the general legal battles i will be handling with my studio.

The questions i asked covered all of the above ten topics. there are a couple extra questions for work-for-hire agreements, but each question is different because they are used in a different context. Like work-for-hire and what it means to the people i hire as tracking engineers, work-for-hire when it pertains to me as i will be working hourly with some bands. Also work for hire when a contract has been breached by the people in the agreement together. I also asked her about what kind of letter i will be needing to write in order to cement this agreement between me and an employee and employer.

besides that we covered letters of requests, statutes of limitations new hire agreements, and none compete agreements since they do go hand and hand.
